  • Spinal Flow is a gentle, non-invasive technique that works with light touch and your body’s natural rhythms. Many people describe the experience as calming, soothing, and deeply relaxing. Some feel physical or emotional releases during or after a session — others simply feel a sense of peace and spaciousness they haven’t felt in a long time. Every body responds uniquely, and all responses are welcome.

  • Unlike chiropractic care or massage therapy, Spinal Flow does not involve force, cracking, or muscle manipulation. It works directly with the nervous system using light touch on specific access points in the spine and cranium. The goal is not to "fix" the body, but to support its natural intelligence to release stress, restore flow, and return to ease.

  • Healing is not one-size-fits-all. During your initial assessment, we’ll create a care plan based on your goals, history, and how your body responds. While some clients feel significant changes after just one session, deeper and lasting transformation often comes with consistent care — especially if stress, pain, or burnout have been present for a long time.

  • The 7 Gateways are areas of the spine that correspond with different nerve pathways, organs, and emotional themes. They help us identify the root causes of stress, symptoms, or dis-ease in your body. By understanding where your blockages are held, we can work with intention to release them and restore flow throughout your entire system.

  • Absolutely. The nervous system holds not just physical tension, but emotional and energetic stress as well. Spinal Flow creates a safe, grounded space for your body to release what it’s been holding, including emotions, trauma, or energetic patterns. Many clients report feeling lighter, more emotionally clear, and deeply connected to themselves after sessions.
