Initial Assessment +
Spinal Flow Session
90 minutes – $111
Required for all new clients
This foundational session gives us the time and space to understand your body and where it’s holding stress — physically, chemically, or emotionally.
Your session includes:
A review of your health history and well-being goals
A full postural, gateway, and spinal palpation assessment
A personalized care plan tailored to your needs
Your first 30-minute Spinal Flow session
Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a health questionnaire. Please complete it at least 24 hours before your appointment so I can prepare with care and presence.
This session is your first step into calm, connection, and creating flow in your life.
Individual Spinal Flow Session
30 minutes – $55
Available to existing clients only.
These follow-up sessions continue the healing momentum we began in your initial assessment. Each session builds on your body’s natural healing intelligence and helps to:
Clear and integrate unresolved stress
Support nervous system regulation
Deepen your sense of calm and connection
Restore the natural flow of energy and life force through your spine
Spinal Flow is gentle, cumulative, and led entirely by what your body is ready to release. With each session, you’ll begin to feel more like yourself — grounded, open, and at ease.
What is Spinal Flow?
Spinal Flow is a gentle, hands-on technique that works with your nervous system to release blockages and activate your body’s innate healing intelligence. It’s based on the understanding that healing happens when the body feels safe.
Using the 7 Gateways of the Spine and 33 Access Points, we locate where stress is held in your body and support its release through light, intentional touch. Sessions are deeply relaxing and restorative — often described as calming, emotional, or quietly transformational.
This is somatic healing through simplicity: no force, no manipulation, just a loving return to the flow that’s always been within you.
