What is Spinal Flow?

A gentle, powerful technique for clearing stress and restoring your body’s innate healing intelligence.

Spinal Flow Technique, developed by Dr. Carli Axford, is a hands-on, somatic healing modality that uses light touch to locate and release blockages in the spine — often caused by physical, chemical, or emotional stress. These blockages disrupt the flow of vital life force through the nervous system, leading to pain, illness, and disconnection from self.

When we gently remove those blockages through the 7 Gateways of the Spine and 33 Access Points, the body remembers how to heal.

Spinal Flow is not about force or fixing — it’s about listening. It’s about allowing the body to feel safe, supported, and seen so it can unwind the stress it’s been carrying. This is somatic care at its core.
